Day 1: Transfer to Lake Mburo national park – Evening boat ride
Our driver guide picks you up after your early morning breakfast, briefs about your 2 day safari to Lake Mburo national park. Afterwards embark on your journey to western Uganda. Expect a stopover at Mpambire drum makers’ village and the Equator where an experiment will be conducted to prove the difference between the Northern and Southern hemispheres using a funnel and water.

Continue with the drive to our chosen lodge for lunch. Later go for a 2 hours’ evening boat ride on Lake Mburo where you will be in position to see crocodiles, a school of hippos and a variety of bird species.
After the boat cruise, return to the chosen lodge for relaxation, dinner and overnight stay.

Day 2: Early game viewing and transfer back to Kampala
Early in the morning immediately embark on the early morning game drive so as to catch up the early risers before they return back to their hideouts. You will see a number of animals including zebras, impalas, buffaloes, elands, waterbucks, oribis, topis, warthogs, reedbucks, sitatunga antelope, klipspringer, vervet monkey, olive baboon, side-striped Jackal, spotted-hyena, leopard (though rare), white-tailed mongoose, among others.

Later, return to the lodge for relaxation and late breakfast. Next, checkout of the lodge and drive back to Kampala or Entebbe. Expect a lunch stopover along the way.
