Day 1: Drive to Queen Elizabeth national park
Our driver guide picks you up from your preferred pick point after your breakfast, briefs you about your day activities the entire 3 day safari program and afterwards embark on the 5 to 6 hours journey to Queen Elizabeth national park. Expect a stopover in Mbarara town for our lunch en-route.
After lunch we continue driving to the park while marvelling at the beautiful sceneries and the open grasslands. Arriving in late afternoon hours and we embark on an evening game drive which will enable us see some of the wildlife species in the park like the buffaloes, elephants, among others. This is done while heading to our booked lodge for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 2: Early morning game drive and an afternoon boat ride along the Kazinga channel
Immediately after your morning breakfast, we embark on an early morning game drive activity and drive through the Kasenyi trail where you will have a chance of seeing a variety of mammal species including lions, Uganda Kobs, elephants, buffaloes, waterbucks, hyenas, bushbucks, warthogs among others and a number of bird species.
Later in the afternoon after lunch, you will go for an adventurous boat ride along the Kazinga channel that will give you a chance to see the world’s largest concentration of hippos, herds of elephants, buffaloes and the crocodiles. You will also be in position to see different species of birds since its one of the birders’ destinations in Uganda.
After the boat ride we drive back to our lodge for relaxation, dinner and overnight stay.
Day 3: Drive back to Kampala or Entebbe
After breakfast, check out of the lodge and embark on our journey back to Kampala, Entebbe or any preferred drop off point. Expect to have an en-route in Mbarara town for our lunch. Along the way expect to an adventurous stopover at the Uganda Equator in Kayabwe for some photography memory experiences and the equator experiments. Afterwards drive directly to the destination drop off point.
